These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the 77ca platform. By registering an account and using any part of 77ca, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these terms in full.
1. Introduction and Acceptance of Terms
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and 77ca ("we", "us", "the Platform", "77ca") governing your access to and use of the 77ca website available at 77ca.club, including all games, betting services, account functions, payment services, and promotional offers made available through the platform. 3. Eligibility to Use 77ca

You must be at least 21 years of age. 77ca enforces this requirement through KYC verification at the withdrawal stage. Any account found to belong to a person under the age of 21 will be immediately closed, all funds will be forfeited, and the matter may be referred to the relevant authorities.
Each natural person may hold only one registered account on 77ca. Operating multiple accounts — whether in your own name or using different identities, phone numbers, email addresses, payment methods, or device identifiers — is strictly prohibited and will result in permanent account closure and forfeiture of all balances.
You must provide truthful, accurate, and complete information at registration and keep your account details up to date. Providing false information — including a false date of birth, a name that does not match your government-issued identity documents, or a phone number not belonging to you — constitutes a material breach of these Terms.
4. Account Registration and Security
To access the full features of 77ca — including depositing, wagering, and withdrawing funds — you must register a personal account. Registration requires a valid phone number (Bangladesh mobile numbers are fully supported) or email address, a date of birth confirming you are 21 or older, a secure password, and acceptance of these Terms. 77ca will send a verification code to your registered phone number or email to confirm account ownership.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You must not share your login details, password, or account access with any other person. 77ca will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your account where such access resulted from your failure to keep your credentials secure. If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify 77ca support immediately via the live chat on the platform.
77ca is required to verify the identity of account holders before processing withdrawals. KYC verification requires submission of a government-issued photo ID (National ID Card, passport, or driving licence) and may require proof of address and proof of payment method ownership. Failure to complete KYC verification will result in withdrawal requests being held pending verification.
All activity conducted through your 77ca account — including all wagers placed, all deposits made, and all bonuses claimed — is your sole responsibility. You must ensure that all transactions initiated from your account are authorised by you. 77ca will treat all activity on your account as authorised unless and until you report a security breach.
77ca strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) on your account. 5. Deposits and Withdrawals
77ca supports deposits and withdrawals in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank (DBBL) internet banking, Visa, and Mastercard. All transactions are processed in BDT. 77ca does not charge a transaction fee on standard deposits or withdrawals, though your payment provider may apply their own fees — please check with bKash, Nagad, or your bank for their current fee schedules.
All withdrawal requests are subject to KYC verification (see Clause 4.1). Withdrawals to bKash and Nagad are typically processed within two hours for fully verified accounts. Withdrawal requests submitted outside Bangladesh Standard Time (BST, UTC+6) business hours may take longer to process. 77ca reserves the right to carry out additional identity and fraud checks on any withdrawal request, which may delay processing times.
The minimum deposit amount on 77ca is ৳200 per transaction. Deposits below this threshold will not be credited to your account and may be returned to the originating payment account. The maximum single deposit amount varies by payment method — please refer to the Cashier section of your account for current limits.
The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500 per request for fully KYC-verified accounts. Withdrawal requests will only be processed to a payment method that has been previously used to make a deposit to your 77ca account (or a method confirmed as belonging to you through KYC verification). 77ca does not process withdrawals to third-party payment accounts.
By making a deposit to your 77ca account, you confirm that the funds being deposited are from a legitimate source and belong to you. You must not deposit funds that are derived from illegal activity, that are the proceeds of crime, or that belong to another person. 77ca cooperates fully with relevant financial crime and anti-money laundering obligations.
6. Bonuses and Promotional Offers
From time to time, 77ca makes bonus offers and promotions available to registered players. These may include welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and seasonal promotions tied to events such as BPL season, IPL, Eid ul-Fitr, Eid ul-Adha, and Pohela Boishakh. Each bonus offer is subject to its own specific terms, including wagering requirements and rollover conditions, which will be clearly stated at the time the offer is presented to you.
77ca reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any bonus offer at any time without prior notice. Bonuses are non-transferable and may only be used by the registered account holder to whom they are offered. Any attempt to abuse, exploit, or manipulate bonus terms — including through multi-accounting, collusion, or the use of automated betting systems — will result in immediate forfeiture of all bonus funds and may result in account closure.
All bonuses awarded on 77ca are subject to wagering requirements before any associated winnings can be withdrawn. The specific wagering requirement multiplier (e.g., 20x, 30x) applicable to each bonus will be clearly stated in the offer terms presented to you when the bonus is offered. Wagering requirements must be completed within the timeframe stated in the offer terms.
7. Gameplay Rules and Fair Play
All games available on the 77ca platform use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology or, in the case of live dealer games, are operated by licensed live gaming studios including Evolution Gaming and Ezugi. The outcomes of all games are determined independently of 77ca and cannot be influenced by the platform, the player, or any third party. Published Return to Player (RTP) figures for each game are provided by the respective game studios and are based on long-term statistical averages across all players.
All bets placed on 77ca are final once confirmed. 77ca does not accept requests to cancel, void, or reverse a bet after it has been placed and confirmed by the system, except in cases where a clear technical error has occurred on the platform's side. Any dispute regarding the outcome of a game, the settlement of a bet, or a transaction on your account must be reported to 77ca support within seven (7) days of the event occurring. 9. Prohibited Conduct
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 77ca platform. Any account found to be engaged in prohibited conduct will be subject to immediate suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of all balances, and where appropriate, referral to relevant authorities.
Depositing, wagering, or withdrawing funds that are derived from criminal activity, that constitute proceeds of crime, or that are intended to conceal the origin of illicit funds is strictly prohibited and will be reported to the relevant financial intelligence and law enforcement authorities.
Any attempt to abuse, circumvent, or exploit bonus terms — including but not limited to opening multiple accounts to claim the same bonus more than once, using automated betting patterns specifically designed to clear wagering requirements with minimal risk, colluding with other players to abuse promotions, or providing false information to qualify for an offer — is prohibited and will result in forfeiture of all bonus funds and closure of affected accounts.
Attempting to exploit software bugs, glitches, vulnerabilities, or errors in the 77ca platform or in any of its games in order to gain an unfair advantage is strictly prohibited. 77ca reserves the right to void any winnings obtained through exploitation of technical errors and to close the accounts of players found to have engaged in such conduct.
10. Account Suspension and Termination
77ca reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at any time where 77ca has reasonable grounds to believe that the account has been involved in a breach of these Terms, fraudulent activity, bonus abuse, identity fraud, money laundering, underage gambling, or any other prohibited conduct. In the event of account closure due to a breach of these Terms, any balance remaining in the account (including bonus funds and any winnings derived from bonus funds) will be forfeited in full.
You may voluntarily close your 77ca account at any time by contacting the support team via live chat. Upon voluntary closure, any real-money balance remaining in your account (excluding any bonus funds that have not met their wagering requirements) will be processed for withdrawal to your registered payment method within the standard processing timeframe, subject to completion of KYC verification if not already completed.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 77ca shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or any interruption of service. 77ca's total aggregate liability to you in respect of any single incident or series of related incidents shall not exceed the total value of your real-money account balance at the time the incident occurred.

12. Amendments to These Terms and Governing Law
77ca reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where a material change is made to these Terms, 77ca will notify registered account holders by email or via an in-platform notification prior to the change taking effect, where reasonably practicable. Your continued use of the 77ca platform after any such change constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically to ensure you are aware of the current version.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any dispute arising under these Terms that cannot be resolved through 77ca's internal dispute resolution process will be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts. 77ca operates as an online platform serving players in Bangladesh.
